I worry about things and I get sad. It is only natural to sometimes feel this way. Anyone who is a parent worries about their children. Anyone who has lost someone would have a shed a tear. When you worry all the time about every little thing and you are always sad then maybe, just maybe, you have a concern with anxiety and or depression. You might think to yourself that you are the only one who is feeling or experiencing these feelings. You are not alone.
